For Nearly 20 years we have been designing and installing Soft Play Equipment in a wide variety of settings. Our in-house design and manufacturing teams ensure the equipment is ideal in terms of safety, use and aesthetics.
We have a great selection of products available. These can include steps, slides, podiums and ball polls all designed to add challenges and a sense of achievement. All our rooms and areas are individually designed, incorporating made-to-measure protective wall and floor padding to make sure the space is safe. Interactive Sensory Soft Play
Sensory learning can also be integrated into a Softplay Room. Interactive Sensory Soft Play Areas can be both educational and engaging. We are able to provide equipment such as projectors, sound panels and colour-changing lights, all of which can be interactively controlled to provide “Cause and Effect” learning. This is a great way to enhance the provision.
Sensory Soft Play Rooms add another dimension to an already fun spaces and will increase the benefits gained from their use. Through our range of different switching options incorporated into the padding and structures, we are able to increase the activities available with in the space.

Case Studies
The Fen Rivers Academy provides specialist therapeutic education to pupils with SEMH. We were asked to turn a double space within the school into both a calming and active area to help channel the children’s emotions, providing a resource where they can refocus and enhance their mental health.
Southend Care, Viking Unit, is a specialist care provider for adults with very complex needs. Their services range widely from day care to residential and supported living. We were asked to create a unique, one off, sensory environment for his clients that took into account their complex and varied needs.

As part of a large-scale new build project, Sensory Technology supplied and installed a specialist bespoke Immersive Environment for Gibside School in Gateshead.
In 2019, Brentwood Borough Council approached us to create a design to suit this new venue that was fully accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities.
In late 2021, Blessed Sacrament Primary School approached us to design and install two Multi Sensory Rooms for their KS1 and KS2 pupils. This was part of a large-scale refurbishment project to enhance the schools offering to the local community.
