Extended Warranty Service Plans

All of our products meet with all relevant British and European Standards and come with a one year warranty as standard. In addition to the standard warranty, you can choose to take out an extended warranty service plan, or opt for individual call outs as and when required. 

Our service plans are set into 3 tiers, priced upon a quotation basis. This can be purchased as an annual plan or multi-year for cost savings.

What's The Difference Between Maintenance Contracts and Call Outs?

  • Maintenance Contracts: Consist of regular service visits to maintain and service the equipment to ensure longevity and full functionality of the system for the duration of the plan. This also includes addressing any faults, repairs or issues that may arise during the course of the plan (subject to plan level).
  • Call Outs: Individual visits to address specific faults and repairs, during that visit only. This can be requested upon a quotation basis, as and when required. Alternatively this can be quoted as a service call out, to service all equipment and address any known repairs.
